Hi
I'm dairy and gluten free and I would like to know if anyone out there can tell me what I can make for shavuous a treat for myself without using gluten and dairy and if u can provide a recipe. Thank you

Hi I am also off gluten and dairy. Usually I'm so busy cooking and baking milchig for my family that I don't really have time to do anything fancy just for me.
I would buy some fancy yummy fruit, maybe make an apple crumble with pareve ice cream.
I just discovered Ben and Jerry's line of non dairy ice cream. The coffee flavor with caramel ribbons and chocolate chunks has no gluten. Yum!

Cheesecake made with Mi Del gluten free graham cracker crust and Kite Hill dairy free cream cheese. Closest you'll get to the real thing.
Gluten free pasta with dairy free homemade pesto
Garlic bread made with gluten free baguettes (Udi's are good)

Ronzoni gluten free pasta with white alfrwdo sauce made from steamed puree cauliflower and coconut cream and garlic.... very very close to the real alfredo

I'm in the same boat, I'm a celiac and lactose intolerance and my DH has sugar. Go figure.
