How do yo keep it clean

Does the water need to be dumped out every day

If the water needs to be dumped out everyday
and it stays moist over night will it grow mold

How do you dry it at the end of the season

If it rains do I need to bring it inside

I would change the water every single time.
For SAFETY and hygiene reasons.

Chlorinate an inflatable kiddie pool?
How?
How much do I put in?
Will it irritate their skin
18 month old,4,6,8
It’s more for the 18 month old
Maybe the 6 yr old will go in to play with him

For those that say change the water
Do I need to worry about the seams staying moist over night or over Shabbat

I’m planning to get something like this

I would definitely empty and dry in between uses if you can. It could be a breeding place for mosquitoes otherwise. We empty, let dry, and store in garage in between use.

This is bigger than a kiddie pool for toddlers. We had such a kind of pool. It takes a long time to fill and the water is ice cold. It takes a few days in the sun to warm up.
Good luck, if you try emptying it every day you'll give up very quickly, unless you only plan to fill it an inch for the kids to splash in.
We had used a chlorine floater, you fill it with tablets that dissolve slowly over time. We also bought a cover to keep the dirt out and the warmth in.
You need to treat it like a regular pool.
Google and read up how to maintain it.

Ok can you recommend a kiddie pool big enough for 3-4 kids to splash around in

No sorry my kids haven't been toddlers in many years!
Kiddie pool I'm picturing something like this
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000.....GQ3MJ
which would be easy to flip over and spill daily. But I don't know how many kids it would fit.

You can buy the one you linked but only fill it 2-3 inches so it's easy to spill. The water will still be really cold though if you refill it every day.

OP you need to empty it daily. I had one similar. I left water in the pool over night and the next day there were thousands of mini tadpoles swimming in it. A frog must’ve laid a bunch of eggs.

We got a big one. You can keep the water in if you have a cover / you are not worried about your kids going in unsupervised.
We keep it full for a few weeks at a time until the water gets yucky (remember there is no pump so leaves or whatever is on kids feet when they come in gets in the pool unless they are very carefuul. We keep it in the garage (and park the car outside).
We buy chlorine pills from Walmart. This will be our 3rd summer using it.

Maybe I’m better off getting a tiny one for the 18month old to splash around on the porch and get the bigger kids water shooters, sprinkler, water balloons
I’m the grandma
Dd will be giving birth mid June
I wanted an outside activity for all the kids
I was thinking of sitting inside holding the 18 month old splashing him
The older ones will probably go in and out

Then yeah you're much better off getting a small one for the 18 month old and sprinklers for the bigger ones. You don't need the headache of maintenance.
There are some really cool sprinkler pads for kids.

We have this pool. It's not that big for 4 kids, perfect size. We empty it after each use and let the pool dry out. We don't deflate it. You can turn it upside down or put it up against the wall to dry up.
If the water is too cold you can you can pour in afew buckets of hot water from the bathtub or sink.
I would not put chlorine in such a small pool, nor would I leave the water overnight.

With 4 kids under 8, I don't think it's safe to keep a pool of water outside, I would be to scared of drowning! (Not talking about cleanliness or health wise...)
No cover is 100% fool proof and you might be busy with the new mommy!!
Maybe a sprinkler or a water slide (not sure what is called it's a mat that you slide on!)
