Anyone have a cheesecake recipe that tastes similar to american cheesecake using easy to find israeli products?

I realize it's probably too late, but substitute one container of Napoleon brand cream cheese (it's by Tnuva and available in every supermarket) for 8 oz cream cheese in your American recipe. The texture may be a bit runnier but I find it works fine.
Alternatively, use any brand cream cheese above 25% fat. Just weigh or measure to get the right amount.
You can also drain the liquid off your cream cheese if you want it firmer.
