Google "vegan cheesecake". There are a million and one recipes, find one that looks like ingredients you'd use.

If it should be parve and eggfree, why should it be called "cheesecake"?
Tell the vegans they just could eat apfelstrudel or fruit tart...

We have a family member that cannot eat these foods due to allergies. Why should s/he miss out when everything is eating delicious cheese delicacies? No I would not want fruit tart when everyone is eating chessecake...

But theperson will not eat delicious cheese cake, but less delicious pseudo-cheese cake. So they will miss out anyways... So why would thy not eat fruit tarts instead? I personally would prefer this solution...

When I was nursing my allergic baby I was off a lot of foods that I really loved. People make pareve cheesecakes all the time
I've had delicious ones. Still hits the cheesecake spot.

If they've never had the real deal they will be perfectly happy with whatever works for them. And I don't know how old OP's allergic family member is but if they are a little kid, it is more important to them to have the same type of food as the rest of the family, than to have something possibly more delicious, but different.

It’s so good and really simple to make. But as someone else pointed out- you gotta use unflavored yogurt. Not unsweetened vanilla. They’re not the same thing.
I’m also making Oreo cheeseballs, which are also super easy and heaven. You pulverize a package of Oreos in a food processor and add half a container of tofutti cream cheese. Keep adding more tofutti until it’s a good enough consistency to roll into balls. Freeze them for 15 min, and then dip into melted chocolate. (Since I’m also chocolate-free, I’ll be using golden Oreos and white chocolate chips. Or carrot cake Oreos. Haven’t decided)

2 containers pareve cream cheese
3/4 C sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Graham cracker crust.
Freeze.
Thaw half hour before serving. More ice cream consistency, delicious... Can top and tweak as you'd like.
