Funny question: I have extra meat sitting in my freezer. Is there any way to make it taste like a corned beef or pastrami roast?

Not funny at all. I would google pickled roast recipes, or homemade corned beef. Hatzlacha!

You have to pickle it! It’s actually really easy, and you can find heaven recipes online
