Humanity is very adaptable. In a few years time this while period will be a distant memory and well be back to life as normal. Even if there is a lasting 'new normal' we will just become used to it and take it for granted.

We'll think back to this period and wonder how we coped, and when we remember it we will be thankful, but I think we will slip back into taking normal lifestyles for granted fairly quickly.

Next Pesach we'll look back at Pesach under lockdown, and realize that Pesach with our family isn't something we can take for granted - but in five or ten years, we'll barely think of it.

SD will be another year. Peasach 2021 will be like 2020.

Funny. I've come to realize that all my distant acquaintances can make simchos without me and my life is much more peaceful without running out to mazel tov simchos every night.

I hope people keep simchos small in the future. And even if they dont... count me out.

I agree completely.

My sense of smell. Even though it's back B"H, I feel it's not what it was, not fully. And I never realized before how beautiful it is.

And fully stocked supermarkets. Including the cleaning products, the tissues, the water bottles....all at normal or even sale prices.

And going to shul....

Chayalle, I'm glad your sense of smell is back - thank you for motivating me to be grateful that I have my sense of smell b"H! It's scary how corona can affect the nervous system.

And definitely agree with fully stocked stores. IY"H by all of us ASAP!

Let's take it day by day as non of us know what will happen in the future so no use speculating. I like looking at the positives and iyH we will be back having guests again etc. It's my oldest son's Bar Mitzvah after sukkos. Who knows what will be!

That's fine with me.

But it is also naive to say that next year we will look back.
