where can I order online in the state - molds, chalav yisrael and parve chocolate for melting, fillings, book or manual?
anything else I need to get started?

Molds you can find easily on Amazon or at a place like Joann's (silicone ones are the easiest). Chocolate you can find probably on Oh! Nuts. And there are a lot of tutorials and filling recipes available online for free! Smile

She has great tutorials on all different chocolate truffle designs and flavors. She also has a YouTube channel.

Molds you can get on Amazon.
For the edibles try a specialty store like Pepermill.
I found instructions on blogs.
