Any experienced moms of twins here with tips how to sleep train newborn twins? My twins are 5 weeks old and I’d love to get the ball rolling and get some much needed SLEEP.
Suggesting reading material with tips is great too.
Thanks 😊

When my sister’s twins were born, she used this, and she was so happy with the process and results that inspired her to become a sleep coach. Highly recommend the book.
If you are interested in the sleep coaching (completely remote, not in person and not outrageously expensive!) check out www.babysleepmaven.com

My twins are two now. I have no advice lol. 5 weeks is super early to try and sleep train though... Just know that they will eventually sleep through the night 😉
