Since I'm hoping for a lower-radiation setup in Israel, like I have here, I emailed the guy of the below video, but still awaiting response. Meanwhile, since I'm not technologically adept, if anyone knows a tech who can point me to affordable product links on Ebay (based on Parts #1 through #4 associated with below video) I'd appreciate it, in order to prep. for a Corded phone+Net plan.

Though I still don't know how much a phone+Net plan may cost per month in Israel.
By the way, I think I'd want a smaller size than the depicted tablet, so it can double as a mobile phone, I.e. a 4G LTE GSM Unlocked smartphone.
