I'm looking for a cheesecake recipe made with cream cheese but no flour in the fillling. Flour in the crust is fine, just not in the filling.

8oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1tsp vanilla
Mix. Pour in Graham crackers pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Easiest thing ever, delicious!!
You can make it parve with the same recipe and using toffuti cream cheese.
Optional topping: 1/2 container of sour cream mixed with 2Tbsp sugar added last 10 minutes of baking!

I made exactly this last night by halving ra_mom's recipe. It came out amazing. Instead of sour cream topping, I topped with store bought dairy caramel cream and drizzled chocolate syrup and it looked so pretty.
