My Blintz leaves (filled) got moldy (black dots on leaves) overnight in fridge.
Recipe says only to fry one side, because the outer side gets fried when you warm them.
What do you do to prevent this?

Is it really moldy? Was it covered with silver foil? Cause the aluminum touching eggs could cause those dots. Its not mold.

I know what you mean, and it was in a tray in a huge plastic challah bag, not covered w foil. So I say its the beginning of mold.
