When is the appropriate time to let your nanny know when you are expecting another child?

When I had my last I told my cleaning lady and baby sitter early. I needed understanding and more help than I usually ask for. I probably told by about 8-10 weeks.

OP here: Another child for her to take care. I will iyh have an 18 month old when this baby is born.
