Usually is paired with Naftali.
All of the other names you mentioned are pretty normal. I've never met a Nina but know some Nennas, Zeldys, and everything else you listed. Don't know a Chanoch personally but have hears of one and of course I know Hainochs..

Hertzka is like Hersh or Heshy. It means deer like tzvi. That's why it's paired with naftali.

I'm in Israel, have heard of Chanoch -- uncommon but heard of and would not be considered weird.
Also I know some Nina's, but all are secular Russians.
