As well as the sites mentioned above, I've found that Macy's sometimes has really good sales and discounts. You can often get good quality clothes for very reasonable prices (just select the search option as prices low to high)

Yes, you"ll land up with some things left from x mas or halloween, but a lot of it is just cute stuff that's slightly out of season.

If you really want or need to be thrifty buy secondhand. Check with friends or neighbors and say you want to do a swap or buy since stores are closed. eBay, letgo, craigslist. They have bundles and individual outfits for online shopping. If you’re OOT there are kids resale shops.
