I got a really good recipe on this site for Oat Flour Challah which I copied and pasted into my email. I don't have the method for this recipe and for some reason I cannot get it to rise properly. I am wondering what I am doing wrong?
Perhaps the person who posted the recipe can help me???
Its:
Oat Flour Challah
3 C oat flour (must say gluten free)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 C sugar or equivilent
1 packet yeast
2 tsp hot water
2 eggs or equivilent of flax seed mix below
1/4 C oil
1/4 C rice milk
3/4 C hot water
2 1/2 tsp xantham gum
