My four year old son has been complaining of an itchy tushy for a while already. The area looks clean, and isn't red. I've checked for pinworms numerous times but haven't seen anything. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

It could still be pinworms even if you don't see it. What time of day does It usually bother him?
It can also be strep.

It's probably pinworms. Ask your pediatrician.

It could be food allergies. My daughter gets it after eating anything with paprika or peanut butter.

maybe he didnt wipe well.
wipe him with wipes and see if that helps before jumping to pinworms.

Maybe it's from the heat?

If he's wiping with baby wipe, that might be it. Wipes leaves the area damp, and then no air gets to it, resulting in itchiness and discomfort. My kids complained and once they stopped with wipes They bh stopped complaining

The bidet is the best. There is nothing like Ayer to clean up. You dry yourself with toilet paper after.
