If the answer to the question ‘Can I sustain what I am doing?’ is ‘No,’ are you doing the right thing?

Convince me, either way. Topics can include anything you have to do repeatedly.

Lifting weights: I once had a personal trainer who told me that the setting down of the weights is just as important an action for your muscles as lifting.

No, I don’t have time and don’t feel safe training without guidance. This was years ago.

Can I just continue to not work even though our income was halved?
Most likely not. But it’s kind of nice having this pace of life And not working full time for the first time since starting to work at 18.

I use you tube videos in winter and walk in good weather. Part of what I was thinking about was how often can I do three hour walks a weeK? What is sustainable? I love them!

As long as you are going in to it with your eyes wide open, as in you know this is temporary, then why not?

Rabbi Tarfon taught: "It is not your responsibility to finish the work, but you are not free to desist from it either" (2:16)
