Of course he is! Its a war zone there. But, it doesnt fit the BLM narrative so most people wont hear about this. And if I did post about it, all the liberals have to do is write utter nonsense, sprinkle the code words systemic racism all over the place and pretend they make sense.

The tape FoxNews obtained was from WTTW which is a PBS affiliate. PBS tends to lean left.
