Does anyone have plans?

I look forward to summer vacation all year long. I work full-time and those 2 weeks of vacation are my lifeblood.

Planning it, talking about it, dreaming about it keeps me going a whole year.

Done none of that this year, but I really, really want to go away in July/August.

Ideas?

Live in NY/NJ area, but willing and happy to travel if its legal/possible.

Where do you want to go? Drive only and if so how far, or willing to fly? What age kids, and what's your budget?
