My boys, ages 4 and 3, absolutely refuse to wear shorts (I live in CA and it's super hot already). They scream and cry.

I don't want to force them. This is a battle I'm not picking to fight.

I want to buy them light summer pants that they won't shvitz in. Any suggestions? What material do I look for?

I have the mayoral cotton pants check out pastel children’s clothing and yeah Lulu has thin ones not sure abt their shipping but check online for mayoral maybe they have in kids stores in CA
