Hello I've been trying to contact the Gabbai of the Pshevorsker Rebbe in Antwerp and I get a voice message in Yiddish which I do understand a little bit but not quite I thought he said I should say my name and my number and then he would call back? But I feel he didn't call back maybe because I'm a woman? I'm not sure he was saying that but I think he said that, does anyone know what are now the procedures of getting a brocha of the rebbe during covid in Antwerp? I've never done this...
Maybe it is better that my husband leaves a voice message? I also texted him but I don't know if the phone number was for a cellphone.

Is it a 04 (00324) nr or 03 (00323)? 04 is mobile 03 is landline

It’s his cellphone. He understands english, you can leave your voice message and he’ll get back to you eventually. He was either really busy or didn’t understand your message.

I believe he speaks at least some flemish as he’s been living here for many years. his main language is def Yiddish. not sure how the inquiries work.
