Obviously she would prefer Adidas or the like, but I would prefer a good deal!
Any suggestions or links?
Will mostly be worn to go to and back from the pool and inside the house, so comments on how not comfortable/supportive they are not applicable.

Have you checked aliexpress. They are generally good for trendy stuff that doesn't need to be high quality. You can probably get those mimicking high end styles like Gucci or Vuitton or Chanel.

If they are going to be worn socially and not just at your house, and she is a typical kid (not a complete free spirit who likes what she likes and doesn't care what others think) do not do children's place.
DSW and many other discount places have on sale
