Where in Lakewood can you take a covid test that you get quick results? My child is going to camp in a few days and they need to have a negative test.

My pediatrician in Brooklyn tested for antibodies.

It was similiar to an instant strep culture.

Pricked the tip of finger and put blood onto a testing strip.

Thanks. They dont want the kids to take an antibodies test, they want a negative covid test. Besides, none of us had Corona and a few of us took antibodies tests and were negative, so I would be extremely surprised if any of my kids have antibodies.

Two day might be too long. Anywhere that gives faster results?

Are you sure that was a virus test and not an antibody test?
Sounds a bit too good to be true to me...

My child needed a covid test for pre surgery prep and the dr accepted friendlys 18 minute results.
It is a valid test.

I just checked. A PCR test for Coronavirus takes 5-8 hours processing time and a total of 24-48 hours with all the administration involved...

So I don't know what this was...
edit: I did the research. it seems to be an antibody-test...

It’s a covid test - not antibodies. As I said my dr and hospital accepted it for pre surgery covid testing.
Many hospitals have had 40 minute tests for a while.

Your link is old.
They only started the covid testing around June 10.
