I heard from someone that they found the Maxi Cosi carseat (I'm not sure which one) was too narrow for their children as they grew. Has anyone else found this? I am considering purchasing a Maxi Coasi for my first child but don't want to do so if despite its positives, the seat is really too narrow.

My kid was a skinny baby, so I'm not really qualified to answer, but she used that infant carseat way past her first birthday (was under the max weight capacity). I traveled by plane when she was 17.5 months and she used that carseat on the 12 hour plane ride.

Mine is an infant car seat and was not too narrow at all. My almost 3 year old still uses it sometimes.

Haven't found the infant car seat to be narrow.

Wasn't too narrow for my DD... Pretty average sized baby. We have the capsule and she outgrew it after about 9 months.

I used the maxi cosi car seats for my kids. Never found it to be narrow at all!! Very good car seat

really not. My sil has maxi cosi whilst we don't, and when we borrowed it once, we found it so much bigger and wider than ours.

Maxi cosi city is very narrow. Maxi cosi pebble totally not. My dd used it much longer than expected
