The top job for me is heating and refrigerator inspector! I kid you not
I won’t!

My top recommendation was animal breeder, followed by butcher. I’m more than a little confused. Lol.

What kind of person are you?????
Well my inspector status was followed by comedian and psychiatrist! Now all I’ve got to do is throw the papers up in the air and see how they land
And who knows? The next time you visit a psychiatrist it may be me- appliance inspector and comedian psychiatrist extraordinaire

Mine are Art Appraiser and Exhibit Artist. But I guess they thought appliance inspection was more realistic.

Those are far, far away from any career dreams I ever had. I actually got many answers on a scrollable page, is that what you got? My code was ASE.

Can anyone take a screen shot of where they found their job recs? I wonder if I’m looking at the wrong place. These suggestions have almost nothing to do with my selections although if I keep scrolling I do find some viable options.

Exterminator? You kept that a secret from
Us!
You’re looking at the right place. You’ve come to the right address. There’s something vicious in you it seems

if You are not sure I don’t think it’s worth college ... why don’t you try a course ?
There are a lot of online courses that you learn something new in six months , one year...
There is skillshare.com which is mostly art related but I’m sure there are others about other careers

I think there is some wisdom in this test but their jobs aren't updated.

Buyer for farm products? Who is a Buyer for farm products? Scratching Head

Health officer- field
Does that mean doing healthcare in field hospitals?

Park Naturalist? What's that?

Thanks all for your responses! I really appreciate it. One thing I forgot to mention is my husband is still paying off his student loans and so we can't imagine dishing out more money towards something I can't ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE I'll stick with... But at the same time I feel like I have to try out a few different things before I decide 😭 make sense??

Btw, random things I'm passionate about:
- Being creative with my hands
- Conscious discipline (with regard to parenting)
- Birth control as it relates to a womans emotional health
-self care
- clothing
- Healthy relationships
- giving to others, making them feel loved/special (definitely my love language is gifts!!)
- I love baking

Since you like being creative with your hands, would you care working in the beauty industry field (hair design, make up artist, wig styling)?

Fave and turquoise, so funny cuz those are all things I've considered. Problem with baking and makeup is that everyone and her mother is doing it (but ultimately I THINK I'd be very happy doing either of those)!! I don't like touching people's hair, so that's out Smile I've thought about massage therapy, definitely something I would reconsider. Thank you!!

Several of these sound like things you could try out in a part-time, independent kind of way, while keeping your day job.

Eg having a blog about fashion, parenting, or baking, or starting a small side business - selling baked goods, or doing monthly art activities, or having an online store for cute personalized gifts.

One thing to keep in mind is that not everything that's fun as a hobby is fun as a full-time job. Sometimes it's davka the freedom to do things on your own schedule and be creative that makes an activity fun.

Another possibility is to take the basic elements of these, and look for those in a job. You like creativity, you like helping people, and you like helping people with their interpersonal relationships, specifically, with an emphasis on positive communication.

What about - just as one example - being an employee care specialist? IOW the person in HR whose job it is to help provide fun benefits for employees, along with stuff like in general creating a positive relationship between employees and management, and sometimes, the company and the community?

(this type of job tends to exist in large companies, not smaller companies - and frum companies tend to be quite small. just one thing to think about, if that matters to you.)

There's also social work. In terms of pay and conditions it's not better than teaching - often worse, even - but OTOH there's a much bigger range in terms of hours, populations you could work with, and the overall focus of the work. You could do anything from working with youth at risk to leading group therapy sessions to helping elderly people find community resources to help them after hospitalization.
