I'm looking to rent a bungalow for a week at the end of August. Something that can sleep at least 8, JPF or yeshivish crowd. Where do I start looking? Catskills preferred but open to anywhere with a minyan and separate swimming.

Good luck! These things usually open on the spot and are word of mouth.
You can try Raleigh hotel if that sounds interesting to you. It's not a bungalow but it's kind of the "country" experience.
