If I can't work one or two days because I need to take my kids and myself to dr appointments that were rescheduled due to covid, I can't be on partial unemployment still, can I?

Taking off from work so you can take yourself or your kids to a doctor's appointment doesn't qualify you for unemployment. That's called sick leave, not unemployment. If your boss tells you there's only enough work for you to work three days instead of the five you normally work, that's called partial unemployment.
