I am anticipating to return to work at the beginning of September/school year. I am off for the summer. Any ideas of how to spend the time wisely to ease the transportation to work/make the working days easier? Meal prep?

Dinner menu and shopping on Sunday and anything complicated prepared the night before. I don't leave the house until anything I need for dinner is defrosting in the sink or partly prepared in the fridge.
