Hey guys❤️
Anyone eat lactation cookies when not pregnant/breastfeeding?
So random but I can across these cookie packages which are really low in calories but I don’t want to start lactating

I mean you probably won't start lactating from eating them... They're just full of galactagogues that you'd probably eat in a day, anyway (galactagogues are foods like oatmeal, spinach, almonds, chickpeas, garlic, etc).

They won’t make you start lactating, they just (are only sort of proven to) boost an already existing milk supply.
