Anyone have a good recipe that has chow mein noodles in it?

1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbs rice vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bag shredded cabbage or cole slaw mix
Toasted slivered almonds
Sesame seeds
Chinese noodles

Chinese leaf
Cucumber cut in cubes but not the inside bit
Spring onions (I've done without)
Chow main noodles
Cashew nuts
Dressing -
Mayo
Vinegar
Sugar
Garlic/garlic powder
Salt+pepper

I do something very similar except I add soy sauce, sesame oil, and sometimes sub the Cole slaw mix for a broccoli slaw mix. Sometimes if I'm feeling fancy, I add a drop of sweet chili sauce or ginger spice. Really good and simple.

craisins
Chow Mein noodles
Dressing:
good seasons italian dressing mix
Mom serves it every friday night, its light and yum
