Start with a diet log include things like drinks, medicine, alcohol, smoking,, vitamins, supplements, gum.
A GI doctor will make you log what you consume and when , the exact times of your gas attacks and bowel movements.
Do this for 2 weeks, you may figure it out yourself. If not, you'll have saved the cost of the initial session with the GI

For me it was veggies and fibre. Now I don’t get gas unless I need to go.

My Dr to to me to log every good I ate for 2 weeks in a diary. Like with time format. And then when I had gas pain, to include it and write how painful it was from 1-5.
Something like this
9:00 grapes, bread, cheese
11:00 coffee
11:30 gas pain 5
12:30 lettuce, tomato, mushroom, tuna, egg....
4:00 gas pain 2
It only took a few days for me to realize exactly which foods (it was actually drinks) were the culprit.
