I have a blender I kept parve. One time in a pinch I blended parve cookies with butter in it. Everything was cold.

Does this mean my blender is now milchiks?

There are no rabbis on this site.

Was the butter hot? If not, then your blender is still pareve. Next time just don’t do it on purpose

As long as the butter was cold, it should be parve. But if you have a rav, just double check with him. There are a few times I thought I messed up something in the kitchen, checked with my rav, it was totally fine or easy to kasher to fix.

I believe it stays parve. As long as the food wasn't sharp in taste or hot. Wash with cold water. But as other said, to be positive, ask any bais horua

No poskim on here.
In general, cold not charif items done on a non regular basis don't change the status of something but it's really best to have a rav to ask shaila to.

Please ask a shaila.

I've blended things before and the motor can get quite warm.

You may need to blend something parve in it first, like ice, for neitzah (because blades can impart taste without heat.) You need to ask.

I know a lot about kashrut and blenders are complicated. Ask your rabbi

Never yad soledes, tho. And the motor doesn’t heat up the blade or any part of the blender that touches the food.

Thanks all! It was a one time shot, everything was cold. I basically want it to return to parve but make smoothies alot and wanted to be able to have the smoothies with fleishiks meals too.
It was blended just a couple seconds.

But I understand its better to ask a rav. I'll see if my husband is willing to.

Thanks

Hatzlacha!
This is really not an embarrassing question. You can call someone like the Lakewood Vaad Halacha anonymously but really, feel comfortable calling your local rav.
