I'm a 36K (US sizing). Looking for a comfy sleep bra, any recommendations?

I've always known that it's better to sleep without a bra.
When I'm nursing, I sleep with a sports bra.

I believe that's an old wives tale.
For ppl with large breasts, it's really uncomfortable to sleep with no bra at all.

As someone who also has a large cup size, I totally agree about needing a bra when sleeping. I usually get basic stretchy non padded sports bras that are very soft. I think the main thing is to make sure it's not wired.

I'm an E I hate bras.
I could NEVER wear one to sleep! What are you, G? H?
Your boobs NEEDDDD to breathe! You need to go braless for a couple hours a day - please speak to your doctor.

I'm a K. I wrote that in my OP.
I guess I'll ask my doctor next time I see her but when I googled this, I literally only found medical professionals debunking this myth and saying there's zero evidence that supports it.
