Can those of you who are good at this, please post LINKS (not site suggestions) of good t shirts for the summer. I know it's a tall order, but this is my wish list

Real plus size (not XL that's really a medium!)

Good neckline, no shell needed

Long or 3/4 sleeve

Trued and true even better! If you have and wear the top, please let me know.

I'm basically using the same top every day in the summer now!

Thanks for your help!

Are you in Brooklyn or Lakewood? Basic colors had a bunch of dolman style tee shirts I did very well with. They ran full and came up to size 1x

Try these sites which only sell plus size

https://www.ullapopken.com

womanwithin.com

It's summer so they might not have as many longer sleeved shirts but they always have some since many plus size woman don't wear short or sleeveless because they are self conscious of their upper arms.

Ullapopken is higher quality and more fashionable.
Womanwithin is good for very casual inexpensive stuff.

Personally I wouldn't wear horizontal stripes - and the fit looks rather form fitting. Not that people should wear tents but I think tops that skim the body are more figure flattering.

These are amazing. I know it says "shell" but it really fits like a shirt. Soooo lightweight and comfortable.

Thanks so much to all who are taking the time to reply!

The reason this is so frustrating is because it is so hard to find the right thing. I really appreciate all the answers, but pretty much none of them will work (hence the frustration). Some of the reasons ( listed only so that others can help me) that they don't work.....

I'm looking for summer tops (not turtleneck)

I also don't do well with stripes across

I need a size 3x when it comes to t shirts. Don't like when it's tight fitting so all those here that only go up to xl won't work...

Please post specific tops if you can. I know all of these websites.... just haven't found what I need.....

I don't mean to sound whiney. I'm just explaining why I need help!

Try shein.com. They have a lot of plus size. And very cheap.

They’re sizing is really generous! I bought the base-t 2.0 with a matching skirt and I live it. So comfy and not fitted but great fit

The Esteez ones posted up thread come in 3x and they are so beautiful.

Thanks! They are. Im hesitant because of the length on the first one and especially the ruffle on the second. I find that style to be very unflattering for someone large as it accentuates the hips.

I do better with a straight bottom that hits a little below the waist.

Hem the first one.
I’ve found that as I moved into plus size I needed to be willing to do alterations to find clothing that flatters me and works for my lifestyle. There are very few companies that cater to plus sized frum women.

Are you in Brooklyn by any chance? I’m usually a 3x. I got 3tops in elzee this week. There is a company H2O, that runs very very generous. The ones I bought were 1x and xl.
Right after that I went to the next store. Tried on some 3x tops- my usual size and they were too small.
Basically what I’m trying to say is that it’s not always the number. We need patience, and willingness to keep trying- when most things just don’t fit- until we find what we need. I’m talking to myself. I haven’t bought any new tops in 5 years. It is very frustrating. Hatzlacha - a fellow ‘3x’er
