If I had to choose, I would say girls. Boys would have to be dressed a certain 'type' to wear them. Very dressy.

And just want to give a shout out this is the best store ever! They have amazing sales always at our pleasure to work with! I get all my kids shoes from here!

I think this style is more a boys style but I've seen this shoe on girls. Though I think I'd only get it for little boys.
