Which soups are really good cold?
Our tomato soup is, but I'm looking for more recipes. Anyone have one?
No fancy ingredients, please.
Preferably parve (but will consider dairy or meat recipes if they are really good and don't require expensive ingredients).

My family does not eat cold soup.
I make broccoli and broccoli/zucchini soup these days. My family loves it.

Strawberry soup
Fruit soup with ice cream blended into it
My mushy soup: in a large pot, cook 4 sweet potatoes, 2 large white potatoes, 2 really large zucchini’s, 1 bag of baby carrots, 1 bunch of dill. Cover with water and cook until carrots are soft. Drain the liquid into another pot. Put the vegetables into a blender or food processor. Add 1/2 cup of the liquid that the vegetables cooked in. Blend until smooth. You may have to add a little more liquid if it is not blending smoothly. Put in a container and refrigerate until cold. Serve with chunks of challah or rolls.

Sautee a little bit of onion, add 4 zucchinis in chunks, cover with water, boil. Add salt and pepper to taste and blend. Delicious hot or cold.
