Leftover chicken soup with chicken, veggies, and newly cooked couscous! Healthy, and there's nothing simpler!
This may be the first time ever my 6 year old actually volunteered that he liked dinner. I need to celebrate...and figure out how to replicate this. I'm looking forward at least no begging him to eat on Sundays. Yay!

I have a picky eater 3 year old and can't help you because what works one day doesn't work the next day.
But I can share in your joy because the other day I laundered all her bedding and changed her sheets and when it was bed time she said "new clean bed, yay!" I was so thrilled that she noticed and appreciated that. Good feeling 😀
