I was in Lakewood last week. Today, my throat has been killing me. My 4 year old has fever, runny nose, cough, throat ache. And my baby also seems under the weather.
Could be nothing, could be Covid. I ain’t testing, so I guess we won’t know.

If your throat is killing you may want to test for strep.
Kids with runny nose, on the other hand, could be just having a common cold.

This past week is lakewood I had some Kids with a cold And one with strep, right after starting camp.

Yep. A whole family quarantining after the fathers brother came to visit him from FL and gave his covid. Must be so hard Sad

Did they go mingle in town before testing positive and going into quarantine?..

Navy, there are new cases in boro park that I know personally (close relatives) they have symptoms but b"h they're not deathly sick. Their dr has told them there are more cases but not seriously sick either

It seems that the few positives here and there are either asymptotic or having very mild symptoms.
BH no one is getting very sick anymore.

Well people are saying that the reason nobody is getting deathly sick is because the elderly and the at-risk people are still being extremely careful so they aren’t the the ones catching it .....

Also, doctors have learned how to treat symptoms better so people are not getting to that later stage of sick. Also, the hospitals are better staffed now and not acting so out of control. And, it may also be a milder strain - which the drs are speculating but dont know yet
