I just lost my drivers license and I am paying online for a replacement. In the meantime, it can take up to 2 weeks for me to get it.
Can I drive without it, until I get the replacement?
What happens if I get stopped by a cop?

Yes I was able to do this when I renewed my license online.

This. When you pay, it gives you the option to print the temp one. It doesn’t have your picture, but it will do in a pinch if you are stopped
