I'm looking for some creative dinners for the nine days without dairy. I don't like fish besides salmon and tuna, and I don't like beans. Any ideas?

We have dairy and gluten free here and also fussy about fish.
Doing lots of eggs. Shakshuka, fritata, homemade falafel, lentil bolanaise, sushi, tuna cutlets, tofu stir fry

Welcome to my house.

I think I’m splurging on veggie burgers 1 night.
Other dinners:
eggs in pita with veggies.
Full falafel platter.
Whole wheat protein pancakes.
Dairy free quiche.
Personal pizzas (no cheese or fake cheese for the dairy free)

It's not 9 days - on 2 of the days (friday night and shabbos) you can eat meat. So its 7 suppers or so you need to worry about.

You can eat tuna and salmon more then once in different forms. Salmon patties, tuna patties, baked potatoes with tuna, grilled salmon, tomato and tuna sauce over pasta. .

If you like lentils lentil curry or lentil soup or lentil shepherd's pie.

Vegan over here ✌️
I use impossible beef to make normal suppers. Burgers, tacos, meatballs, nachos.
I have a good recipe for chickpea burgers, if you want.
You can make falafel.
Pasta with a pareve sauce.
Pizza with Daiya cheese.
Any of the Gardein stuff- like I’ll use the chicken tenders to make sesame chicken, or the beef strips/tips to make pepper steak.

I'm a vegetarian and eat vegan most of the time. Very Happy

A few other suggestions:

Pasta with an interesting sauce - my favorites are butternut Alfredo, vegan pesto, and creamy mushroom

Eggplant rollatini - I use a filling of pureed tofu, creamed cashews, lemon juice and olive oil. If you use the pre-breaded eggplant cutlets and a jar of good tomato sauce, this is a fancy-looking meal that doesn't require much effort.

Tacos - or turn into enchiladas by covering with salsa and cashew cream and baking

Vegan general tso's or orange "chicken" - use tofu or gardein in place of the chicken

curry - Vegan Richa's website has lots of tasty options.

Richa Hingle (aka Vegan Richa) and Isa Moskowitz have great recipes if you search online.
