Hi-- in the extremely helpful and appreciated weekly food package we've been receiving during the pandemic, were some packages of frozen riced broccoli. I've never bought it before and was looking for some ideas on how to cook with it. (We love broccoli and I make it a variety of ways-mostly roasted for shabbos with other veggies, but I've never had broccoli rice.) thanks!!

I steam it in the microwave and season with lots of onion and garlic powder.
You can also make it into kugel.

I made a broccoli hummus one time that was interesting. If you search on google you can find recipe ideas.

I also happen to have a package in the house. Would like ideas how to make it more of a stretch e substitute like actual rice or pasta. I’ve actually done soup before and it works really well, but I’m looking for something else now.
