School year is over.
2 kids are in daycamp.
2 kids are home.
Today is short day for boys.

Hopefully I will run a daycamp with them later.

No summer vacation plans so it's same duties cont onto summer from winter for me.

I can't fast sorry.

May people esp. woman fast only the 2 main fasts - Tisha B'Av and Yom Kippur. And some get heterim from Rabbonim not to fast the whole Tisha B'Av. This year it's a nidche. I so hope that this year Tisha B'Av will be a Yom Tov, iy"H.

I love garlic powder onion powder and of course salt n pepper. I do NOT like cumin so I would leave that out.

baked chicken with sweet potato, courgette and regular potato slices.

I love to make tomato rice soup that's yum. Also there's a good onion soup recipe I make it pareve and then if we want we add cheese to it once its in the bowl. Yum.

when I've finished xyz I'll go to the Kotel to which I've been wanting to go in ages. (speaking for myself) You'll treat yourself to something u like doing.
- Or on a pessimistic note: think of the pile up of work and... if you push xyz off for tmrw or longer.
- Or think of something nice in the thing you're procrastinating doing.
- Or recall something you procrastinated doing recently and feel the good feeling you felt when you finally did it.

Any ideas to arouse one's appetite and appeal to eat regular meals? (NO! I'm not chas v'Shalom anorexic, I just suffer from severe chronic anemia which reduces one's appetite.)

I didn't fast but my family had shabbos leftovers ( the non fasting people in my home)
My husband broke his fast & ate in shul. They serve reg food also there, not only cake.
