Title says it all. I'm a 44C. I need something to give enough support while running, doing jumping jacks but that I can also wear when I go to work... I'd love for it to be a nursing bra, but I can maneuver that if needed... Thanks!

Thanks! Do you think there's a big difference in how a shirt looks if one is wearing a sports bra versus a regular one?

I love the ones from RoadRunners and weirdly enough, Victoria Secrets make a really supportive one.

Victoria's secret didn't have my size.
How do I know which has the mist support from road runners? I need something where I don't feel like my breast all flying all over. Sorry if that's tmi

The best I've found is Panache: https://amzn.to/2BgjbCi
(often the uglier colors are cheapest)

Shefit is adjustable, and holds up VERY well! Another vote! I got the classic zip up one and the lounge one, and I recommend the former.
