Last week’s BP view magazine had a feature on recipes for the pizza maker, one of them was for salmon.
You can search the view online.

What I wrote is really a double word. Cuz letcho is sauteed vegetables with eggs mixed in with the vegetables being the main. I did sauteed vegetables but more eggs so the eggs were the main.

Sauté onions, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, you can add mushrooms or eggplant too.
Really, anything goes. Whatever veggies you have on hand & add salt & pepper. I’ve heard people add paprika too.

Tweety, I don’t usually add eggs to the letcho. My mother used to make it that way, but stopped at one point.

Do you sautee the veggies in the betty?
If yes, can you give me more exact instructions?
I just got it so I totally don't know how to work it...

I put a drop of oil, whatever vegetables you want. I did tomatoes red onions and olives. Sometimes I do just tomatoes and peppers. It's whatever I'm in the mood. I close the BC. Leave it for a few min, then add eggs, cheese and salt. It's delicious.

I made salmon with minced garlic salt pepper paprika, or you could use primal fish spice.
Put brocolli around the salmon - it keeps it moist
I also made tuna steak - 1 T olive oil 2 T balsamic vinegar 1 T honey. Marinate the fish then put in the Betty Crocker for 3-4 minutes per side.
I also roasted sweet potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms and peppers as well.

This is really junky. My a guilty pleasure. Make a square shape with mozz sticks. Let that's cook. Pour pizza sauce in the middle and crack an egg. Let that cook till white is set.

It's so good.
