9 days are rough for me. We have dairy, egg, soy, pea, and nut allergies, but not all the same person.
I end up making 2 or 3 suppers a night.
Tonight is pita pizza, or pita and falafel, and cut up veggies.

And I’m just eating what I usually eat because of animal protein allergies! Also nuts. But bh no soy or pea allergies. That’s the worst I’m so sorry!

Ez vegetable soup:
2-3 potatoes, squash, onion, salt, onion soup mix. Cook for about an hour and blend it.
You can add carrots and any vegetable you have, you can add frozen peas and carrots when soup is mostly cooked and already blended. You can add mini bag of lentil or mushroom, barly...
This soup is simple and flexible. You can enhance it or leave it delicious and simple.
