Falafel balls with warm pita, tehina and avocado/tomato relish.
French omelettes with warm bread and vegetable soup.
Lentil veggie burgers with buns, lettuce, tomato, pickles and condiments.

Saute 1 box fresh mushrooms finely chopped in 1 tbsp olive oil for 7-8 minutes. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and half tsp paprika. Saute 2 more minutes. Set aside.
In same pan saute 1 finely chopped onion in 1 tbsp olive oil add 1 tsp minced garlic, half tsp each salt and pepper.
Combine onion mixture with 1.5 cups cooked lentils, 1 c. oatmeal and 1 egg. Immersion blend.
Add mushrooms to the mixture.
Form into patties and freeze for 20 minutes.
Fry in 1 tbsp olive oil, 5 minutes per side.
Came out amazing!!

Pizza Bubble Ring - Shortcut Version

Last time I made this with homemade pizza dough and homemade tomato sauce.
This time, I used frozen pizza dough rounds and storebought tomato sauce. Also, cut up string cheese instead of shredded cheese saves on time.

I ended up making dinner for a sister so I added dairy mashed potatoes (has butter) to the Moroccan fish and fresh salad. Leftover lemon cake from shabbos for dessert.
It was heavenly. 😋

Tomorrow I’m thinking French onion soup (I know it’s 100’ degrees but dhs request...) and pull apart pizza from frozen pizza dough.

Edit- and I forgot I’m making dinner for a friend. For them it’s lasagna, soup and salad.
