For a salmon recipe? Juice of one orange (or about 1/3 cup OJ), 2 T honey, 1 T dijon mustard, 1 T olive oil, 2 tsp garlic, 1/4 tsp kosher salt. Mix ingredients and pour over salmon. Bake salmon at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mock liver

2-3 med onion diced & sauteed
5 hard boiled eggs
1 can peas drained
1/2 bag ground walnuts
Salt & pepper

Steam peas on plate over cooking pot. Saute onions. Cook eggs. When done, hand blend peas, eggs & onions. Add walnuts & spices.

I do it without nuts too bc of allergies. But nuts gives it more authentic taste to replicate real chopped liver taste.

Yes, very moist. I have a lot of salmon recipes, but my family asks for this one time and time again.

Sounds good.
I am officially a salmon dummy. Cannot make a decent salmon to save my life.
How much salmon does this recipe make?
Baked covered or uncovered?

Honestly, I just pour it over whatever I have. Bake uncovered.
