this summer. The OU women's initiative. I can't vouch for all, I've only heard a few so far, but I'm very comfortable recommending it.
One nugget: Right now Sarina Novick is speaking. She mentioned the yesod that the first time we find a word/concept is its essence. The first time we see Divine punishment is in Gan Eden. Hand in hand with punishment is Hashem's love in preparing us clothes and sparing us embarrassment.

I'm not sure how quickly each one is put up on ou.org/women/video but today's was (as were the rest) outstanding. Really appropriate Tisha B'Av listening with its reference to kinos, but good for anytime.
