I'm honestly not sure. I am going to rent an old apartment that has linoleum over the hardwood floors. In some places where the linoleum is 'picked up' (can't remember the word now) there seems to be a need for some repairs.
I want to know if pricewise it's at all worth it to try to restore or maybe I'll file over the entire thing.
