What type ppl are there mainly? According to my knowledge the fall type of wigs, covered knees but no stockings crowd , not all though. Here ppl say chassidish?

Nope. It’s a litvish/ yeshivish/ jpf crowd. Then there’s also an unrelated shtiebel with heimish ppl.

Just to pop in here - are there any frum (not chasidish) that live near the chabad section of New City? Old Phillips Road and N Little Tor area. I heard more frum are moving out towards this side but other than chabad, don't know of any shuls or families that moved that way. Any help would be great. TYIA
